Like many of our users, Find My Chapter 3's founders pondered this question. After many years in corporate leadership roles, they started to ask themselves, "How can I be more intentional in my next career chapter?"

Sabrina, one of the founders, was inspired by her own mom who at 62 courageously stepped away from a 40-year business to run for public office, serving two impactful terms. Those years became the highlight of her career!

To answer this question she read books, listened to podcast, hired a career coach, tapped into a professional networking group, and reached out to peers in similar career situations to seek guidance. And while she made progress, the traditional options were limited and disappointing:

• Expensive career coaches ($2,000-$5,000 for comprehensive support)

• Generic online advice that didn't account for unique situations

• Resume services that created documents but offered no strategic guidance

It was clear there was a gap in the market: affordable, personalized career guidance that combined human expertise with technological efficiency.

Chapter 3 was created to bridge that gap—using AI to make career coaching more accessible while maintaining the personalized touch that makes career guidance valuable.
